That's why every loaf is mixed by hand, slowly fermented for over 24 hours, carefully shaped, and baked fresh to develop the rich flavour, beautiful texture, and crisp crust that define true artisan bread.

Our founder and Head Baker is inspired by a desire to build something meaningful for his family and community, he turned his vision into reality through dedication and continuous learning.
Our Head Baker earned a Higher Diploma in Artisan Baking with Distinction from The School of Artisan Food, where he trained in traditional artisan baking techniques and naturally fermented breads.
We believe exceptional bread doesn't need a long list of ingredients. Just expert craftsmanship, quality flour, and plenty of time. Every loaf is made using traditional baking methods to deliver flavour, texture, and freshness you can truly taste.
